Accounting
Ensures accurate and complete financial reporting and works with the Fund Administrators to deliver on-time, high quality reporting to general and limited partners
Human Resources
Supervises payroll, benefits administration, and HR policies to achieve effective personnel management
Finance
Develops and implements financial strategies with the leadership team, manages and maintains budget to actual reporting and key industry metrics
Compliance
Works with legal or compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance while adhering to industry standards
Treasury
Oversees liquidity, cash flow, and establishes banking partners to ensure sufficient resources for operations and fund investments (including LOC and related compliance)
Insurance
Assess and manage insurance needs, negotiating policies and coverage to safeguard against potential financial risks
